He develops financial strategy and measurements, and oversees development and monitoring of the control systems to preserve assets and report accurate financial results.

Herb has an executive background in entrepreneurial environments that include experience with start-up entities, roll-ups and established companies. He is uniquely qualified to assist Phoenix with organizing financial reporting systems as well as provide analysis and financial modeling that is needed as the fund grows and additional centers are acquired. He can effectively manage and advise from both a micro or macro perspective.
