Born and raised in Central Florida, Paul is a business transactional lawyer and partner with Stump, Dietrich & Spears, P.A. and has focused his practice on real estate matters and corporate matters for the past 16 years.

Paul attended Princeton University, receiving his BA in English in 1987. Since graduating, Paul has remained very active in the Admissions Department at Princeton and currently serves as Chairman of the Alumni Schools Committee, coordinating interviews with all Central Florida applicants. Paul received his law degree from Duke University School of Law in 1990. While at Duke, he completed courses on real property, corporate law and transactional drafting and negotiation.

His practice is devoted primarily to real estate, including purchase and sale transactions, development, lending, collateralization and leasing. He has substantial experience with all forms of business structures and relationships, including corporations, partnerships, etc., and in the areas of condominium law (both commercial and residential) and time-sharing.

Paul has served as Adjunct Professor of Real Property Law at Valencia Community College in Orlando, lecturing on real property topics and has authored numerous articles for the Florida Bar’s Continuing Legal Education program. He is a member of the Florida Bar’s Real Estate and Trusts Division and is also licensed to practice before the Federal Courts of the Middle District of Florida. Paul is married and has 4 children.
